Heavy, exhaustive and filthy; some of the (false) assumptions associated with the technical sector. Stigmas such as these reduce young people's interest in a job in the sector. It's a shame, especially when you compare it to how working in the technical sector is really experienced; as a high-tech, innovative and stable sector.
We therefore joined the Innovation Cluster NOP, an initiative that promotes both the technology sector and the Noordoostpolder region to young job seekers. Together with eight other technical companies, Zuidberg is opening its doors in this video.
Together with ICNOP, we are taking the first step towards an improved work image within the sector and within the Noordoostpolder region. Soon you will also be able to read our blog, in which HR Manager Gert Leusink and HR Advisor Annelies Winters explain the importance of this initiative for the technical sector.
