The Easy Float is available as an expansion to Zuidberg front linkages and offers a sliding-scale pressure relief. The module guarantees perfect ground following and reduced ground pressure from the equipment in the front linkage. The reduced ground pressure prevents wear of the equipment and saves fuel due to the lower friction. Using the Easy Float on your Zuidberg front linkage allows you to achieve better results and reduce machine costs. The Easy Float can be used on tractors with both electrical and mechanical valves.

The smart functionalities of the Easy Float:

The Accumulator and Pressure Meter is available as an expansion to Zuidberg front linkages and offers additional protection to the tractor, equipment and front linkage. The Accumulator absorbs peak loads, resulting in increased comfort levels and a prolonged service life of the tractor and equipment. In addition, the throttle developed in-house prevents the tractor’s jumpy behaviour during transport. With a combined Accumulator and Pressure Meter, a piece of equipment can be experimentally loaded or unloaded.

The three-point weight carrier is specially developed for mounting the basic weight of the tractor, which is removed when mounting the front linkage. The weight carrier is tractor-specific and, depending on the tractor type, the weight to be added to the weight carrier varies between 700 and 1600 kg.

The front control system has been developed based on the experience that it may be desirable to operate the front linkage outside the cabin, e.g. while hooking up and disconnecting equipment. These front control systems have a tractor-specific design and come with various features. It is therefore important to always ask your dealer about the possibilities for your tractor.

Front control systems in various versions and sizes:

The position limiter set is available as an expansion to Zuidberg front linkages and offers an adjustable height or depth limiter, depending on the mounting method of the valve on the multi-valve. Use of the position limiter set results in increased ease of working and eliminates the adverse impact of unacceptably high or low positions of the front linkage.

Smart features of the position limiter set:

• Can be mounted as a height limiter or depth limiter, depending on the mounting method of the valve on the multi-valve
• The valve can be mounted directly onto the multi-valve already present
• Position limit can be set on lifting frame
• Can be used on all Zuidberg front linkage systems that have a cast-iron lifting frame

The DIN plate and connection set is available as an expansion to Zuidberg front linkages and offers rapid adjustment of a front linkage to a short mounted DIN plate. The short mounting directly to the lifting frame provides increased stability and a solid construction. In addition, the space for the PTO maintains the option to drive equipment and, due to its use in the front linkage, a lifting mechanism on the equipment itself is no longer required. The Zuidberg DIN plate is constructed in accordance with the French standard and DIN standard, and fits almost all Zuidberg front linkages that have a cast-iron lifting frame.

The 7-pole connector is available as an expansion to Zuidberg front linkages and offers the possibility to electrically connect the tractor and equipment. The set is supplied complete for mounting to the front of the front linkage. It can be installed in various ways and locations, however, most Zuidberg front linkages are predesigned for this to simplify the installation.

Among other things, the 7-pole connector can supply electricity to:
- Lighting
- Indicators
- Number plate holder
- Electrical components on equipment
- Sensors for precision farming purposes

The chain hook set is available as an expansion to Zuidberg front linkages and holds chains or springs that are used to reduce the load on front equipment. The chain hooks offer various options for attaching the chains or springs and are mounted at the right height and width to optimise the load reduction on the equipment.

The chain hook set may include the following smart features:
- Design matching the tractor, bonnet or front linkage
- Easy access of lubrication points is maintained
- Uninterrupted beams of the headlights are retained
- Extra high chain hooks for tractors that are frequently used on hilly terrain

The tractor "A-frame" is available as an expansion to Zuidberg front linkages and serves as a quick-coupling system for quickly and easily hooking up equipment. The number of steps to be completed is drastically reduced, shortening the time required for hooking up the equipment and leaving more time for other tasks. The tractor "A-frame", which has a maximum permissible weight of 1400 kg, is highly recommended for equipment that needs to be frequently hooked up and disconnected.

The front hydraulic system is available as an expansion to Zuidberg front linkages and offers the possibility to hydraulically operate equipment. A Zuidberg front linkage is often predesigned for mounting one or more front hydraulics sets for optimum integration in the top plate.

Some tractors can also be equipped with a front control system, with the option to control the front hydraulics outside the cabin. It is therefore important to always ask your dealer about the possibilities for your tractor.

The Lowering Speed Control Set is available as an expansion to Zuidberg front linkages and offers the possibility to adjust the lowering speed of the front linkage as desired. The set has been designed to be connected directly to the multi-valve, but can also be used with a 12 mm pipe connection. If the multi-valve is in the single operating position, the oil flow can be adjusted as desired using the blue button, also changing the lowering speed of the front linkage.
